Shipping policy

ORDER PROCESSING – Acqua + Sole the Label

Once your order is placed, we will carefully pick and pack your items with love. Please note that processing time is separate from shipping time, and all orders are fulfilled in the order they are received.

  • Standard processing time: Please allow 1–4 business days.

  • Peak period processing: During high-demand periods (such as sales or new collection launches), please allow up to 10 business days.

Peak periods are considered to be within 1 week of a new release or promotional sale.

Please note: Selecting express shipping does not speed up processing time. All orders are processed in the order they are placed, regardless of the shipping method selected at checkout.

SHIPPING – Australia Wide

All Acqua + Sole the Label orders are shipped with the option of standard or express shipping.

  • Standard shipping: Estimated delivery in 2–7 business days

  • Express shipping: Estimated delivery in 1–3 business days
