Returns & Refunds Policy
At Acqua + Sole, we want you to absolutely love your swimwear. If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied with your full-priced purchase, we’re here to help.
Returns Process
To initiate a return, please contact us at acquasole.thelabel@outlook.com within 14 days of receiving your order to request a Return Authorization (RA) number. Once approved, we will provide you with the RA number.
Please Note: Items returned without a valid RA number will not be accepted and will be returned to the original sender.
Eligibility for Returns

Only full-priced items are eligible for return.

Returns must be requested within 14 days of receiving your order.

Sale items are final and not eligible for return unless deemed faulty. In exceptional cases, store credit may be offered.

We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you would like a different size or style, we recommend repurchasing online once your return has been approved to avoid missing out on limited stock.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, items must meet the following conditions:

Tags must be intact and attached.

Item must be in original condition – unworn, unwashed, and returned in original packaging, including the protective bag.

Swimwear must be tried on over underwear. For hygiene reasons, we will not accept returns that show signs of wear or if swing tags have been removed.
Important: Items that do not meet these conditions will be returned to the sender.
Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method used at checkout.

Refunds will be issued once the returned item has been received, inspected, and approved.
Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not liable for lost or delayed return parcels.
Final Sale Items
The following items are considered final sale and are not eligible for return or refund:
